F150 Lariat, replaced transmission at 78K miles. Ford warranty is 36 months. Transmission blew at 91K. Contacted Ford directly because no transmission should fail with 13K miles. After three calls and many emails, Ford continues to say, it is out of warranty and there are no recalls on that transmission. Ford should offset the cost. This is not my primary vehicle. Obviously the transmission must have been defective. I am working with the dealer to reduce his cost and will sell the vehicle and never drive another FORD. The OEM should step up.
DON'T BUY A FORD TRUCK.
