transmission was hard shifting between 1st and 2nd gear

This is the third transmission that this truck will have and this seems extreme for a 2007 vehicle that is only driven on street and highway. The mechanic mentioned (the first time I had the transmission replaced) that Ford had has a problem with the rear bearing failing and leaving metal in the transmission and causing failures.

I paid about 3.5k last time (which I believe should have been replaced free) but this time (third transmission) it is under warranty. It seems to me that Ford should have figured out a fix for this problem.

I feel I should be refunded my money from the first transmission replacement since it is a factory defect "Lemon".
