Went to dealer, cosmetic, not covered, have seen no other grills with same problem on any Ford truck. 69 years old, owned Fords all my life, first problem I've had. Didn't pay for it to have a defective grill that looks terrible and is clearly a manufacture defect. Bought truck new, have bought at least 10 new Fords or Lincolns in my life, this vehicle is a 2008 F250 XLT,4 dr, long bed super duty, really love truck. Grill expensive and should be replaced at Ford expense.
