The built in reducer in filler cap causes overflow when fueling vehicle. Consumer states that since the oem design, the weights and measure people have required steel rings on all nozzles, effectively increasing the diameter of the nozzle and in the case of the large nozzle, not allowing it more than a few inches past the reducer, this causes a reverse pressure and negating the function of the air return part of the filler neck assembly, this causes diesel to spill out.
