- the contact stated that at each time he sprayed the washer on the windows from the 2005 Ford E350 with 100 failure mileage the washer went onto the roof of the vehicle. The vehicle has been taken to the dealer twice, and the dealer replaced a triple panel twice, but the problem still existed. The current mileage was 17,000.
