On 2007 Ford E350 ten passenger van seatbelts continuously fall down through the seats. This is a serious safety issue and should be recalled for repair. This is an issue on every one of these vehicles. It is very, very difficult to fix these belts after they have fallen through the seats. A better system is needed to keep these seat belts in place. I have reported this issue to Ford and have received no help from them.
