I was going down a hill with the car and suddenly there was a big bang from the exhaust now it sounds like a Mack truck with no exhaust, extremely loud. I go down the street and everybody looks to see what the heck the noise is. This vehicle is owned by my mom who is 89 years old and on a very fixed income and cannot afford to be fixing a $2,000 screw up by Ford by putting crappy parts on their vehicles.

I own a 2014 Chevy Impala and the exhaust on it is still perfect! Ford fix your darn problems! Stuff like this should be fixed under warranty if the company doesn't want to start putting on parts that are worth keeping. I was going to trade in my Chevy for a Ford but no I'm not sure because of the crappy parts that Ford seems to put on their vehicles, and the crappy transmission or so-called transmissions that they put on their vehicles. Also my mom is already replaced the complete braking system on it about 2 years ago, because the brakes seized up what the heck is wrong with that, obviously crappy parts.

Anyway, hopefully that's not the start of it all

My 2018 Ecosport, bought new and now with 39,000 miles, has a flex pipe that is rusted out. You can’t just buy the parts, you have to replace the whole system including the manifold. This is sick - of all the cars I’ve had, never had I had a muffler problems. Parts alone are about $800 not counting labor. I'm furious.

This company disgusts me. My car is a 2018 that got a hole in the flex pipe. Upon discovering the hole, we also discovered the whole underside of the vehicle is full of cancer. We bought it from a Ford dealership whom told us there was one owner prior, an older couple, that took great care of it. I'm now discovering that they never should have sold it to us in the first place. I can't just replace the flex pipe either. The way they built the car the whole exhaust system has to be replaced and is going to run me over $2k. I can't wait until the bottom falls out of this car so I can sue and then push it in the river. This is disgusting. A 3 year old car should not have rusted this fast. Ford uses crappy parts to save their crappy company money and they are still drowning. I hope their CEO can sleep at night.
