PLEASE MY ATTACHED ALL THE MAIL CORRESPONDENCE THAT I WAS UNABLE TO ATTACHED ON YOUR COMPLAINT REGISTRATION PAGE DUE TO SOME SERVER ERROR ISSUE. {Mail correspondence are : Last Alignment report taken out by Dealer Bhavna ford on 03.04.18

Myself conversation history done with FORD INDIA from last 2months.

Expert reply received from New Zealand against the Bhavna Ford alignment report generated on 03.04.18.

Sir, I purchased my car (Ford Ecosport) on 18.12.17 from SC FORD, Vasai , it's just a 3months old car and from very first day I faced the LEFT SIDE PULLING issue in my car. I contacted the sales person of SC FORD, Vasai to understand this issue and against which he told that it's an alignment issue and same can be solved when I take vehicle for alignment check at nearest workshop.

Based on same discussion i checked the alignment of my car exactly during the time i gave my vehicle for 1st service at BHAVNA FORD, Turbhe ie. almost 2months back.

Now even after 2 months & almost 7 visits to the nearest workshop BHAVNA FORD, TURBHE this issue of my car is not resolved and FORD INDIA with very causal approach keep on asking me to visit the service center(mail copy attchd.) from where am not getting any technical solution regarding my above issue.

Finally when FORD INDIA didn't helped me I circulated the last generated report of alignment dated 03.04.18 to all alignment expert against which I received the reply from Mr. Anthony who is an alignment expert from New Zealand where he has clarified that my car "CAMBER & CASTOR" readings are not proper & same has to be rectified by FORD through proper channel or an alignment expert who understand CAMBER & CASTOR setting of car.(mail conversation copy attached)

Now I request NCH to please support me to win this battle against the foreign company name FORD as they are just moving off from the issue and trying to close the same in any possible manner without reaching to the root level of this issue.

PLEASE HELP.
