rear wheel arch rubber problems

Took the vehicle in for the 10th time since buying brand new to arrange these wheel arch rubbers, "sorry sir these will take 3 days to get replacements as it is an un heard of issue,'' after seeing one of the mechanics in the back hearing this is a re-call issue!!! DO NOT BUY AN EVEREST!!!!!!!
