Brakes are marginal for stopping this vehicle. When stopping or stopped on an incline (+/- 10 %) the brake pedal travels to a point even with or below the height of the accelerator pedal. This condition causes the engine to accelerate as the brake pedal is depressed to stop or hold the vehicle. The dealer has checked it thoroughly and finds that all systems and components are ok. I don't agree - it is an unsafe condition and exists on my daughters same type of vehicle.
