while operating vehicle on busy interstate bridge going uphill, engine seemed to lose power, check engine light came on along with another warning to read my owners' manual. Throttle response quit working. I was able to get to shoulder and shut off vehicle. Upon restart, vehicle ran normally for a few miles before same happened again. This occurred several more times while I nursed it home on surface streets. Independent repair shop ran code as 'Throttle body".

While driving around 30 miles an hour, the vehicle lost power and all accelerator input did not work.. The tool light came on but the vehicle was unresponsive to any accelerator input. The vehicle came to a stop in the middle of an intersection. Vehicle was turned off then back on. After which the accelerator worked. Took the vehicle to a maintenance shop, no codes were stored and couldn-€™t duplicate. Very dangerous to have no acceleration while driving.

While accelerating to merge onto an interstate, the vehicle jerked aggressively with a loud "bang"(similar to sound of transmission popping out of gear). A flashing check engine light appeared and vehicle lost ability to accelerate further, but was able to maintain speed. Light smoke was noticed from rear view mirrors, followed seconds later by thick, dark smoke. Other cars began honking and waving at us. We pulled over as quickly as possible after the incident to assess. Once stopped, flames could be seen around the driverside cowl/front fender area and I yelled for my family to get out of the vehicle. The front end of the vehicle was engulfed within a couple of minutes of our safe exit.

driving at constant speed the automobile has entered Limp Mode at which time power to the drive train is loss and it losses speed rapidly. This is the third time it has happened over a 4-5 month period.

Rear camera is intermittently non-operative. Only works approximately 20% of the time. Due to the size & shape of this vehicle, this makes backing up dangerous for persons and property that are difficult to see when backing.

2/1/2019 I was driving up interstate I16 at about 1pm. When my truck started stalling. I immediately pulled over to the emergency lane. I then noticed smoke coming out from under the engine bay. A couple of other drivers stopped to try to render assistance with small fire extinguishers; to no avail. The vehicle soon became fully engulfed in flames. By the time the fire department arrived, it was a total loss. The only thing that was out of the ordinary was I ran over a plastic bag blowing across the interstate, like a walmart bag. I had assumed that the insurance adjuster had already filed this report but they have not.

When driving past cell towers the satellite signal goes out repeatedly. Very distracting while driving. Example on I-5 at 38.475641, -121.504846, on business-80 at 38.571184, -121.468347, on I-80 at 38.663596, -121.357112, and on walerga rd South of elverta blvd in sacramento county. There is a Ford ssm for this, and while my vehicle was manufactured in the time range specified, I have been told it doesnt' apply to my VIN. - https://static.NHTSA.gov/ODI/tsbs/2016/sb-10092559-5448.pdf ssm 46016

The sunroof exploded while parked. The visor was closed so glass did not enter the car. The car was purchased new, and has 15,000 miles on it. The sunroof glass had expanded outwards, as seen in the picture, and did not have any cracks due to impacts prior to the glass failure.
