After starting vehicle the tack, speedometer and gauges will bottom out, left then right, (max all the way left then right), all warning lights come on and stay on, (such as battery, check engine, ABS, seat belt etc) mileage lights off. Vehicle runs, head lights, tail light, heater, radio work. What's the problem!!!
