there is a vibration noise coming from the front end. sometimes its from 40 to 50 miles per hour and sometimes its 25 to 30 miles per hour. the truck only had 4500 miles on it. now it has 5500 on the truck. the noise was so bad the last two days it sounded like i had big nubby tires on it, or it stuck in 4 wheel drive hard to explain. when i go to slow down the truck feels like its in a real low gear, like when you down shift on manual trans.sometimes the hole under carriage shakes. i took the truck to a dealer by where i live and a long story later All American ford told me it was the transfer case, but also told me they wouldn't fix it or give me a loner car because i didn't purchase it there so had to get ford involved, after a week had it towed down to where i bought it. they had it for ,4 days and told me couldn't find anything wrong. so i go back on Friday and will see, don't have a lot of faith in the situation.after reading some of the reports. it's a shame that you spend all that money on a new truck. 37,000.00 any one has any advice and would like to e-mail me at donny.booth1@gmail.com would be helpful. thanks and appreciate it.

F-150 XL 5.0L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 755 miles

Truck has a vibration at 55 to 40mph coming off the throttle and at 25 to 20mph, vibration goes away when the transmission is put in neutral in those speed ranges. Took truck to the dealership and they were able to duplicate the vibration, the could not figure out what was causing it to vibrate. Ford engineers told them to drive the truck with a vibration analyzer installed and the software in the analyzer indicated normal vibrations. A new truck worth 45000 with less than 2000 miles should not have any shutters or vibrations like this.
