Purchase this vehicle in 2019 and at 19,000 miles truck was making an awful noise took it to the dealership. The timing chain was bad. When got the truck back, truck was now shaking when idling. Told the manager at the dealership they said it would be okay, that if anything ever happened Ford would take care of it. Truck continued to shake and make noises when idling. Very embarrassing to pay for a vehicle that made this much noise with no solution. Took it to another Ford dealership several times because I refuse to believe the noise was okay. They gave me print outs that Ford said the noise and shaking was okay that it wasn't an issue.
Truck after another year random would shut off and didn't want to start back up. Battery was replaced, something else was replaced after that, because it was still shaking and turning off. Now I am at 119,000 miles, truck turned off on me one day twice, not lights came on. The next day truck started shaking again and check engine light came on. Took it to part start showing timing chain issues again.
I would never buy another Ford truck again. I worked very hard to pay this truck off completely after owning it only for 2 years and I have never had another vehicle with so many issues as this one.
