The contact owns a 2019 Ford Flex. The contact stated that after it had rained, the front driver-??s side footwell filled up with water. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the mechanic discovered that the drain in the sunroof was clogged. The dealer was aware of the failure and repaired the vehicle. The contact recently stated that the failure had returned and the driver-??s and passenger-??s side footwells were filled with water. The contact also stated that the headliner had become stained and soaked with water. Additionally, the contact stated that there was a mildew odor inside the vehicle due to the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but offered no assistance. The contact was referred to the NHTSA to report the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 95,000.
