The driver's side seat heat wire harness is obviously too short.
The electric seat travel pulled the wires right out of the connector.
I called the dealer (service dept).
They gave excuses but no ownership of an obvious design flaw.
They certainly did not offer to fix it.
I'll have to remove the seat myself to fix their mistake.
