A couple of months ago I started noticing a bad or loose bearing noise while driving and we replaced the idler pulley, the ac compressor, and the alternator. Little did we know, it was the worst of them all, the water pump bearing. You can't replace the water pump bearing because it's all part of the water pump assembly and now, we need to spend multiple hundreds of dollars possible going into the $1000+ range.
