Bought a new 2014 Fusion. Noticed after a week or so the back glass had a haze or fogging to it. Could not wipe it off. Tried the interior and exterior. It only shows sometimes when the sun hits it just right. Took it back to the dealership where we bought it and showed them. (Pecheles Ford in Washington nc). They took pictures and sent it to Ford. Ford states it's normal and there is nothing they can do. The dealership says they can't do anything with it.
I called Ford consumer services and apparently they can't do anything either. Just spoke to David Smith again (Pecheles service manager) and asked him what is the next steps I can take to resolve this. He said he can let the general manager know. I asked him to get the gm to call me. (still waiting).. I looked at the other Fusions on the lot and none of the them had the same problem.
As a long time Ford fan, and owner of several Fords, as well as the majority of my family owning Fords, if the issue is not corrected the next vehicle I buy will not be a .....FORD...
