I went in to get a tire rotation and oil change. The dealership stated that I must replace the lug nuts due to not being able to remove them. They replaced with the same problem lug nuts for $150.00. I found lug nuts for $20 bucks afterward that are Stainless steel that won't have the problem in the future. Ford should pay for this. I spent $150 for OEM lug nuts that are poor quality.

Took my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid in for an oil change and tire rotation at Tim Short Ford dealership in Morehead KY. Oil change was completed but told my tires could not be rotated because of swollen lug nuts. They told me it would cost a lot to replace all the lug nuts. I was not told if it was one or all lug nuts by the dealership. So I looked up swollen lug nuts on the internet to see if it was real. Yes its real. This is a safety issue and Ford needs to do a recall to make it right. I have extended warranty since I commute 135 miles a day. Lug nuts are not covered. RECALL
