On my Fusion Fusion Hybrid, my problem is that when the car is in Hybrid/ EV mode I should be able accelerate in Ev mode up to 85 mph provided there is high enough battery level. It was able to operate this way before! Now this is not happening!
When all of the above conditions are met, I just touch the accelerator and EV mode cuts out pretty much at any speed above 50mph. The dealership where I bought the car says their technician checked it out and said everything is normal. There were no codes and it's good to go! I told them I disagree, but I guess there ain't much I can do at this point, other than find another Ford dealer with a Dedicated Hybrid Tech not an all around mechanic!
