This is to bring to your notice that iam not satisfied with the service with the local authorised service centre.
Three months before I got a complaint and informed the concerned M/s Rajshree Ford, that fuel smell in the passenger compartment can’t even travel, apart from my complaint they have done other service except the major complaint, next day I got a call from customer care regarding the feedback on the service and informed them that the complaint has not been resolved , after several calls to them i finally got the feedback that they are running short of that particular parts and will call back when reaches.
Last month in the mid of July i called them regarding the spare parts and handed over my vehicle for the same complaint and they charged me several bugs...next day i have been suffering from the same complaint and the passenger compartment is full of petrol smell.
For the past several months my petrol consumptions is tremendously high and got illness too. This is to bring that am going to consumer court and towards my unresolved complaints after spending several bugs towards this extraordinary unresolved service.
