The vehicle was exposed to extreme cold (11?)for the first time since ownership. When getting into the vehicle and starting to move the windshield suffered a "Stress Fracture". Impeeding the drivers vision. This stress fracture was confirmed by a independent glass shop.
windshield washer system inoperative, no fluid out of nozzles. This is an FMVSS safety system. Dealer repaired restricted washer hose leading to washer jets.
