I got this car for my 18th years old son, because the Manufacture Ford made a very good promises about security and protection for any driver. After 3 or 4 software upgrades the Pre- Collision assist is not available or working properly. Without this option what kind of security the car can offer ? We always scared when drive this car because nobody know when it is working or failing. I called Ford and explained that the front sensors are not working I was parking and the sensor never sound so as a result I hit my car because the system fault. I think that I am paying to drive a safety car and now I have don't have this. I don't know what to do or how to return the car. I'm going for the last time to the dealer to get check the same problem so I'll tell you if they fix it.
