Have had nothing but problems after I hit the 100k mile mark. suspension went bad, (suppose to be expected at 100k miles), replaced ALL struts front, and back, front sway links, and ball joints also bad. ALL At ONCE!! Had alignment done, replaced all four tires. (needed to anyways) front Struts went bad in only a matter of 6 months time. Took back into dealership to get replaced, alignment done again! Had tie rods checked as getting creaking with turning the wheel. Mechanic said tie rods, ends, and rack, & pinion are still good, didnt replace. Car running, and driving smoothly. I'm feeling happy, an satisfied, after spending my entire tax return. :P<p>Then less then 3 months later (to present) clunking and creaking in front end are back again! Im not driving over really rough roads, avoid pot holes, and take it extremely careful, and slow over rail road crossings so there`s no reason the struts could possibly be bad once AGAIN! Yet they are! I tried Monroe, now Gabriels I cannot afford Ford ones, plus at this point after hearing ALL Ford parts are now made in China, would I even trust a Ford part? Hell no! So, after spending over $1000 on this car just to drive it, is it even worth putting in another? Sure the struts have life time warranty, but I still have to pay for the labor to install, and get an alignment AGAIN!!

What ever happened to Quality?
