I don't know how long windshield washer motors are supposed to last but I thought it was a little early to replace it.

Glad this POS pump failed before winter when I'd really need it! In the end it was an easy fix for any DIY'er, cheap pump from amazon and 30 min install, not too bad. But, I've had several vehicles go 150,000+ without ever having a failed washer pump?!. Took the old pump out and had MADE IN CHINA all over it, figures.

It was really stupid! How can a vehicle that just reached 32,000 miles have a washer pump failed? well the new one have 3 year warranty on it, we will see.

Windshield Washer wouldn't work and Wipers would only work on High. Again, just out of Warranty. And this has happened to other people, but Ford would not forward me to Regional Manager as they thought this issue was not warranted to be advanced.
