I purchased a used 2014 Ford Taurus from previous owner who had it since brand new. The vehicle was running great until the check engine light came on. I took it to Stevens Creek Ford in Santa Clara Ca to have it checked. They mentioned the vehicle has one recall and the check engine is because of Cadillac converter which is under warranty.

After two days the dealer called me to say the water pump is leaking and it will cost over $5K to fix it. The car only has 54K miles I called Ford they said nothing they can do I did research online and found out there is a lot of complaints about these cars and water pump even the person on the phone was telling from FORD. I am glad FORD stopped making these garbage cars and I will never buy FORD AGAIN the worst customer service and garbage cars. TOYOTA IS THE BEST.
