Summary

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Transit vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 23V-598. The rearview camera, or 360-degree view camera if equipped, may not display a rearview image when the vehicle is placed in reverse.

Actions

Dealers will update the rearview camera software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 19, 2025. Ford's number for this recall is 25S38.
