Twice I had to deal with the same problem and had received two recalls on my van by this time. I would have thought they would say bring it in and we will let you pick out or upgrade and pay the different on no not Ford. The just blocked you when you called in complaining to much. I had paid to much for this van to not be able to use it as much as I couldn't. It made it where you couldn't pass the emission testing no matter what. It keep the engine light on all the time.
