It appears GM is fully aware of the lack of quality in their coolant systems and will not take any steps to correct the problem. I have seen the repair bulletin and it mentions contamination in the system that causes failure and need to replace both the evaporator and blower. They specifically say to replace the original blower while the repair is made. However, they do not cover the expense of the recommended blower replacement.
