The low beam headlamps are xenon bulbs, and cost over $700 each to replace. I believe headlamps are a safety issue and should be reasonably priced. Mercedes are over $1200 each, and BMW over $800. I'm an auto mechanic and see quite a few failures, and each time the customer denies the work and drives on 1 headlamp, or leaves the high beams on. I feel there should be an alternative replacement, or price restructuring on the dealers part.
