I had bought a car with questions about having a transmission problem, and I was told there was a new one just put in. About 3-4 days later the car broke down because the transmission had gone bad. I gave the car back to the person I bought it from because he said he would fix it for me, and it has been 8 months without my money or the car, and won't answer my phone calls.
Vehicle has experienced several transmission related failures, it experiences a hard shift from 1st to 2nd gears accompanied with the service engine soon light illuminated.
Rear window would not lock--bolts holding the lock needed tightening. Transmission not shifting. Engine overheats. Tire blowout. Front brakes fail. Engine stalls. Owner wants to be refunded for car.
