Takata recall I received my first recall notice in July 2016 and it is almost 3 years later and still no resolution to the passenger air bag problem. I'm concerned for any passenger that rides with me in the event that the air bag would deploy. Seems like 3 years is way to long to get this fixed.

I have had a "important safety recall" pending on my truck since July 2016. GMC is not repairing the condition and tells me I'm on the list for a fix. GMC appears to be delaying an important fix. My local mechanic says that the parts are available.
