These Vehicle is a nice vehicle, My parents have always bought GMC SUV's and Grand Prix Pontiacs from the dealership in Minnesota. They moved to Arizona and their GMC Envoy was involved in a crash that had to be totaled. So my parents had to buy a vehicle in Prescott Arizona and purchased a 2016 GMC Terrain Denali. They moved back to Minnesota and this past summer they are having issues with the Air conditioner turning off and Hot air blowing through instead. Went to the dealership and they just said to keep the blower at a three and not higher. So Minnesota can have hot summer days with humidity and keeping it at a three does not keep the car cool at all. The Mauer GMC Dealership said they have not heard of any issues with this problem for this vehicle. I told them they had better come up with a fix for this because the mileage warranty is coming near and the dealership said they will take care of it no matter what, but I'm scared that my parents will have to pay out of pocket for a problem that GMC knows about, that I came across this class action suit on carcomplaints.com Glad I seen it and will address it again when I visit my mom next month. GMC makes great cars but need to fix the issues in a timely manner and look at what is causing this.
