Purchased this 2016 GMC Terrain Denali with 32831 miles for a second vehicle on 10/15/2020. Paid cash to Royal GMC Tucson, Arizona.
Upon, driving this car, we did notice stiffness of the vehicle, we were told it like that because it's been sitting in the lot.
Our home is one hour South of Tucson, Arizona and the steering is the same. On 10/22/2020, I sent text to the salesperson and the service department, no response . I call the service department and set an appointment for 10/26/2020. Will keep you updated.
I do say its not very professional that the dealership doesn't return a text message or call!!!!
