First off I took possession of my 2018 Terrain on May 4th 2018. After about a week I noticed something digging into my bottom while driving. Took it into the dealer turns out there was haptic sensors in my seat. The said they would lower them but here I should have thought well why all the sudden. The seat cushion was loosing support and firmness after a week and few kilometers. Few weeks passed and they brought my vehicle in to drop the haptic sensors. They had to put inserts in the seat where the haptic sensors were so there was no divot/void in the cushion. After that was done then now I am sitting on the metal seat frame. The foam inserts in the seat are gone and the cushion is basically flat!!!! This has been a nightmare every since I purchased the vehicle. There is obviously a design flaw in the seat/cushion.
