My brakes are screeching when I drive and whining when I back up. It is so loud I can't even roll my windows down. I've been told I'll need new rear brakes and possibly a new parking brake. This will be the second time I replace brake pads since purchasing my 2010 Honda Civic used with 33k miles. The car had new brakes put on before I purchased and I now have just under 70k miles. I think it's a little excessive to have to replace brakes every 20k miles.

SO I changed my brakes and after got this loud annoying screeching sound when you apply the brake. It only makes noise when it's at a slow rate of speed. Replaced all components of brakes still making noise. Honda is aware of the issue but its not their problem.
