6 yrs old, 50,000 miles thought it was a safe car to drive cali to vegas. stopped cold 2 blocks from our tropicana exit. busiest time of the day, two grand kids in the back seat and their mom in front. had to be towed. place was out of business. went to their suggestion on the door. towed there. in the mean time the taxi went to 1st drop off didn't find us, left, so had to wait for 2nd taxi. had to call to have them hold reservation. car place was closed for the eve. next day received bad news. honda doesn't even sell parts for differential yet. have to buy whole used or whole brand new differential. ouch! used would be about 2,500? and new would be 3,500 but with 1 yr warranty. we had to stay an extra day on the weekend, waiting for the car to get done at twice the wkly rate and several extra meals. I am soooooo p oed. this should not have happened. oh and the warranty is with the guy in vegas should anything go wrong this year. nice. I'll have to go to vegas to have him check it out if anything goes wrong with it. yeah. right. what happens in vegas stays in vegas -not!
