Moaning sound comes out upon starting. I went to a trusted minitune shop as my car was past warranty. An alternator was replaced for $600 but the moaning continues. I have a new alternator I probably didn't need but I cannot fault the car for that. The Car makes the noise upon starting . Once running the moaning stops. When it's warm the noise goes away quickly. Could be flywheel or clutch bearing. I'll have someone check---the question is finding the people to do it. Correctly without replacing unnecessary parts.

Of course this problem occurred after the warranty was up. They wanted to charge me $795.00 to replace the flywheel bearing, and the clutch bearing. The car drives just fine, it just has that annoying squeaking noise when idling. They definitely have a problem with bearings getting dry and getting noisy. My biggest beef is that my new car sounds like an old car. For my first experience with honda this definitely leaves a bad taste with this manufacturer. They do not stand behind their product, plus that warranty sucks, Hyundai will be my next purchase.
