As I was driving on the highway, the car seat moved backwards under me almost caused me to have an accident. I am short and my right foot could not reach the gas pedal to stop the car in a timely manner. Since I was on the right lane, I quickly turned the car on the grass which slowed the speed of the car until I was able to manage the car to stop. The seat is locked and cannot be moved back or forward.
