Every time got new tires, the TPMS doesn't calibrate, it's oversensitive, and light will stay on. Also, the sensors tend to rust. Firestone wouldn't replace one said it was "seized." At three car shops in two years, had to buy both new TPMS in two wheels, and three sensors near the valve. Honda dealer said they've "never had a complaint on this" but it's a documented known issue.

I've read online that it needs a simple quick software upgrade that takes only minutes. I've spent a lot of my time going to different car shops to find someone who can reprogram or re-calibrate the system so all the money I've spent on replaced TPM systems actually make it work. The light just stays on all the time.
