It was the first time I had driven since it got very cold so I don't know if that had anything to do with it but I tried to stop and the brakes would not budge. I just kept going and managed to avoid 3 cars but ended up getting hit and then going backwards into another car because I still could not stop.

Update from Jan 18, 2019: Honda promised to open an investigation and get back to me the next day but so far they have not.
