The vehicle starts vibrating and shimmeing at about 60 mph. It feels similar to a tire being out of balance or like the vehicle is out of alignment. The dealer and manufacturer has installed new wheels, new tires, new suspension but the shimmieing has been worst than day one! the dealership says "so it shimmie's so what"" the manufacturer says "according to our dealer, the car is ok, so you do not have any case. We have done all we can." It seems to me like the car would be a danger to drive in hazardous winter conditions if it shimmies this bad. The car is so bad that the dealership sales manager offered me to "buy it back as a low value trade-in car as a favor to me." The same dealership's service department is calling this car to be in good condition. The car has been with dealership and manufacturer for about 7 times so far. They both refuse to even take a look at the problem any more. What can I do now for the lemon" please help.

The vehicle has a constant vibration that increases with speed. It feels similar to a tire being out of balance. The vehicle has been to the dealership several times. They sent the vehicle to ntb and I took it to the Firestone/Bridgestone dealer. Three sets of new tires have been on the vehicle and two sets of wheels. So far that has not fixed the problem. I am concerned that the vibration is a defect in an axle or some other area of the vehicle and I am concerned about my safety when driving the vehicle.( dot number: Y7mt tire size: P245/70R16 )
