My 2001 Honda Passport was recalled for a lower trailing link front brackets. After inspection it was the worst frame rust that they have ever seen. Too dangerous to drive and could cause a crash. Waiting for a response from Honda. I still have 2 more years on this loan for this car and have nothing to drive to look for work. I still have to pay on a car I will never be able to drive again. I have found out that Honda is offering other very low pay off amounts for these vehicles. I feel helpless and don't know what to do next. On their recall notice it states that any incidental or inconvenience you may have suffered due to the loss or use of your vehicle may not be reimbursable. Please help us resolve this issue with Honda and make things right as 35,000 people are involved in this recall.
The front end feels unstable at speeds over 60 mph, vehicle rides rocky and pulls to the left. Tires are wearing unevenly, and have been replaced once. Vehicle had been examined by dealer numerous times, but problem was not resolved.
