It seems like every six months or less I'm buying another headlight. Headlights aren't cheap either. I was told it could be the wiring as there is no water getting into the light housing and they aren't loose.

problem #1

Feb 092011

Ridgeline 3.5L

  • Automatic transmission

This problem has caused me to be stopped several times, because my headlight is out. I replace the headlight on the passengers side and then the next month the light on the drivers side goes out. A month later the lights are out again. Since February 2011 I have replaced both headlights four times. Even replacing both lights at once making sure both light are new but the problem still exist. I have just replaced both headlights again this month June 4 2011

Update from Oct 21, 2013: engine check light and VTMS light come on and stay on causing vehicle to hesitate, miss when idling but runs without hesitation after about 15 miles of driving. I have replaced coil packs and sparks plugs. Lights go out for about 24 hours and returns computer still reading sparks plugs misfiring after being replaced with factory recommended plugs.
