My partner constantly complains about her seat belt sticking, I have actually seen this happen several times. I have had it looked at but it doesn't happen all the time. The Honda guys think she is crazy. I would to if I hadn't seen it happen to her several times. She is afraid if we get into an accident that the belt will not retract properly and she will get hurt.
