On 2/10/10 at approximately 11:00am my 2007 Honda Ridgeline was involved in a collision on florence & henness in the city of casa grande, AZ. The vehicle sustained front end damage after rear ending another vehicle. The Ridgeline was traveling approximately 20 mph at the time of impact. It was noted immediately after the accident that the inside cab had a burning odor. It was also noted that the airbags did not deploy. After further investigation by Honda service technicians located at san tan Honda, it was determined that a short circuit caused by a faulty ground wire disabled the air bag system.
My 2007 Honda Ridgeline was involved in an accident. The vehicle struck another vehicle and due to a short circuit the air bags did not deploy. The consumer stated it was noted by the technician that a short circuit caused by a faulty ground wire disabled the air bag system. Updated 04/28/10
