Manufacturer states that the vehicle is out of warranty, which it is. My complaint is that this problem is occurring in many vehicles of this type and that warranty is none issue. The movement of the seat while in operation, while driving, is a life safety issue and needs to be recalled or at least repaired at no cost to the consumer.
