When the car accelerates from any uphill slope in 1st gear, there will be juddering occasionally. Accelerating harder will make the juddering worse. The only way to stop this juddering is to press down the clutch fully. This symptom does not occur all the time but when it occurs it can be quite worrying for the driver and the passengers.
