The contact owns a 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The contact stated while driving at 30-40 MPH, he heard abnormal rattling sounds coming from the front driver's side ceiling. The vehicle was taken to the dealer approximately six times. The dealer test drove the vehicle and diagnosed that the abnormal sounds were coming from front driver's side headrest. The dealer replaced unknown components of the headrest; however, the failure persisted. The dealer informed the contact that they could not repair the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 2,431.
