Bought the car and had the problem when I got it. Not really sure when it started.

The dial used to select the intensity of the lights occasionally has a "dead" spot where the dash lights will go out altogether. Other times, it will flicker a bit. Most the time, there's no issue, but occasionally it just likes to act up I guess.

This car is an electrical nightmare. The front passenger window only operates from the driver controls, the dash board lighting only works sporadically, the a/c fan works sporadically, the sun roof will only close once the car has been turned off and re-started.. The car stutters and stammers sporadically while driving at highways speeds, and the gas pedal sticks so if you are not really careful everyone gets whiplash on take off!
